Sales Consultant ("SC”) positions are open in Tucson Arizona, Phoenix Arizona, Northern and Southern California, and Seattle Washington. Our SCs have exceptional autonomy and huge territories. They are directly responsible for the ongoing generation and qualification of prospect leads and the closing of new sales in addition to ancillary services for existing clients.
QTS SC's primary responsibility is to generate sales growth; however, we are looking to build sales teams within one to two years. Please apply only if you are interested in quickly expanding your responsibilities to developing and managing a team of professional, honest, and ethical consultants.
QTS is not a sales mill that churns and burns good people. We are also not topping the salary charts; however, the position does provide a good base salary, monthly commissions, achievement bonuses, annual increases, auto allowance, medical and dental, 401K, and significant advancement opportunity.
First year compensation will generate $60 to $70K with total sales of $120K. Qualifications are as follows:

Two years prior experience in small to mid market payroll sales.

Ability to work independently in a remote shared office location.

Excellent organizational skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent negotiation/sales skills.

Able to manage "prospect to client” process.

Working knowledge of payroll processes and all department procedures and functions.

PC literate (Microsoft Office, ACT!, etc.).
